A Southern classic for the modern-day— Cam & Chris’s “I Love My Slab” brings every bit of speaker-knocking intensity that you’d expect of a Longhorn anthem. The record is held together tightly by a syrupy soul sample. One that the series of 808s and trap drums behind it, serve well in elevating to a new level of Houston music. Heavily, the legacy of DJ Skrew is felt throughout the record; expressed the greatest in “I Love My Slab”’s pitched-down vocals. Cam’s trilled out, freestyled verses roll smoothly through this banger; signaling the ten-year stretch of this Texan honing his craft, finally paying off. For, he is churning out hits that his entire city and state can get behind. “I Love My Slab” swangs like the doors of the big-bodies it is devoted to; and treads just as nicely through your speakers of choice. With such a boisterous single, following the impressive debut of “I Done Came Down”, and a reported track on the way featuring YG; Cam has an undeniably impactful 2019 awaiting him. Press play, and get in tune with the next hitmaker of Houston, through the ethereal “I Love My Slab”.

Impacting with superstar status is production-duo Illuminati Beatz’s latest single, “Life Is”. It features rap icons, Bun B, Gudda Gudda, and Project Pat; whom all fuse to create one dirty south bodyslam of a record. There’s so much Cadillac-worthy crank in the instrumental alone; which is divided into two halves. Side A follows Bun B, as he in his grimey, Texan drawl, provides the chorus for the record. An airy, tension-building synth plays within the foreground of the beat, lined by traditional, Southern 808 kicks, snares and claps. It’s a slow, easy listen that will lure you into a sense of tranquility; all for Gudda Gudda to bounce out of the cut and go in for the kill. This is where Side B comes into play, and it is a lot more dynamic than its predecessor. Although, he maintains the same, powerful drum loop, extra attention is paid to the melody of the beat. An intricate, yet devilish organ progression torments the buzz of a groovy, accompanying synth. This change in energy for the beat perfectly encapsulates Gudda’s own, whose New Orleans delivery comes stern and trill. Three Six Mafian, Project Pat, has it no differently on his verse, either. With the instrumental being identical to Gudda, Pat has no qualms giving us every bit of that dark, Memphis lyricism and flow we’ve all grown to love. “Life Is” is, without question, a powerhouse of a record that JByrd, The Sho, and the entire Dirty South should be proud of. With already 1.7 Million views to date on Youtube, it is only a matter of time before Billboard calls their name.

Joseph Chatman aka “Gutta” was born in Waco, Texas.

Growing up in a city of violence, crime and gangs, the only way he felt it was possible to get out of the hood was to pursue an education so he attended The Gary Job Corps. As a young kid, music had always influenced Gutta’s drive to become a hip hop artist.

Gutta was captured by music as a kid, which led him to make knowledge and understanding “Hip” for the hood. Influenced by hip hop artists such as Tupac, Ice Cube, Notorious BIG, and Scarface it wouldn’t be long before he developed a love for all genres of music, and now “A STAR WAS BORN!”

Gutta’s first project was a mix tape titled: “Nawf 9th Hustler” in 2003 with AkkBad Entertainmentout of Houston,Tx, in collaboration with Dj Panic out of Arlington,Tx. The buzz of this hot cd and production led to many radio interviews, live gigs, and special features. Being that Waco was small to the music scene he relocated to Austin,Tx (The Music Capital of the World) in 2004. He came into contact with local artist Gerald G, and Ryno and formed Monsta Entertainment. The collab was so hot they began to open shows for major artist such as Lil Jon, The Screwed up Click, and many more upcoming stars. The group then began to advance, and was added to the “Texas Tour” with headliners Trae Tha Truth, Paul Wall, K-Rino, and numerous other Hip Hop Legends.
Wanting to expand his fanbase he moved to Atlanta,Ga where he was formerly introduced to Chino Dollar who’s known for his outstanding contributions to Young Joc’s smash single “It’s goin down”. Humble and inspired Gutta learned many new managerial, and articulate skills which would allow him progression in his music business career.

In the start of a solo career Gutta completed his first album “Real Gutta Music” in 2009. Gutta moved to Dallas, Texas and met Mr. Ransom(Ceo of Cash Connection Records) who instantly wanted to market, and promote the album. His hit single “Driving Intoxicated” became a street/club banger , and the video landed on MTV3 (Dallas,Tx) and channel 16 in Austin,Texas. The single got spins on 11 different radio stations. His buzz became so strong it landed him a two week tour in Atlanta with “Jumping Jack Record Pool” in 6 different cities throughout Georgia. The buzz led to opening shows with major artists such as “Bone Thugs n Harmony”, Big Mike from Rap-A-Lot Records, and UGK.

Now in demand, Gutta has relocated to San Antonio,Texas and his live performances, and real down home lyrics led him to the likes of Lil KeKe Da Don, and his business partner Roy Perkins of Perkins Entertainment. Gutta has opened at numerous shows throughout the nation while on tour with the 713 and Perkins Entertainment Music Group. The opportunity to perform with and beside a legend like Lil Keke has been a humbling experience that adds to the motivation and determination of this dedicated artist. “I appreciate everything the big homies (Lil Keke & Roy Perkins) did for me in respect to the shows and performances and I look forward to the continued support while I branch out to other markets. TEAMwork wins championships; “let’s get it”

In conclusion, Gutta is currently finishing up numerous projects, and features all over the country. Including, but not limited to, opening up for Grammy Award Winning Artist Juicy J, of Columbia legendary group Mobb Deep, Yo Gotti, Tory Lanez on the Scoremore Tour in 2015; Birthday Bash hosted by Chino Dollar of MasterMind and Swag Team, This Is 50 Artist Spotlight, Radio rotation on 106.5 FM Cali’s Best Radio Show, Promotion and Performance on a 5 city Texas Tour with No Limit’s multi-platinum Artist “Silkk The Shocker”, nominated for 2 categories at Urban Underground Awards, as well as entering multi-business endeavours in 2016.
In closing Real Gutta Music motivation is to continue to grow and build an invaluable network of industry professionals to optimize his brand and business, while continuously creating musical classics that inspire and motivate others. "Ashes" is a melodic smoker's anthem.

"Nothing Last Forever" is a thoughtful breakup song.

"Pretty Penny" is a deep story about his poor  financially state.

"Empty" is a uptempo banger explaining his mind-state.

"The "idea" of having Everything you ever wanted is easier when its only an "idea". When you find yourself without a home, no money, and only a beat machine is when you'll ask yourself are you ready to sacrifice it all for this "idea". At 19 years old no place to call my own, family issues, police brutality, I made some of the best music of my career to date! In result I give the world "The Numb Project"!

Having the opportunity to experience the world on both sides of the fence, I created music to address how numb I was feeling to my own reality and current world events as well. "The Numb Project" is my way to share music that allows my audience a chance to numb themselves to reality! We are all human...and even the most powerful could be found looking for answers behind closed doors. "The Numb Project" isn't just a project... It's a movement that stands for "Find what makes you numb to the world... and do it" I took emotions from a fucked up situation and made a body of work that will relate to a lot of people! What better way to heal the culture than music?"
